Five performances took place this Valentine's Day morning at The Stables at Fort Concho. Flaco Guapo Media was at the 2nd graders' 10:45 a.m. - 11 a.m., hoe-down which was the second performance.
A hoe-down is a social gathering at which lively folk dancing takes place; synonyms used are: shindig, hootenanny, barn dance.

Fort Concho Pioneers' Principal, Lori Barton and Counselor, Mandy Hooker, were there with all the other teachers to show their support.

P.E. teacher, Shanna Daniel was the instructor who stated that she started with the kids' dancing rehearsals right after the Christmas break.

Daniel informed Flaco that the kids chose their own partner. Providing the popular music, ranging from YMCA, to the Chicken dance, etc. was music teacher, Mr. Rene Gonzalez.
